Buyer

Your sales contract will be reviewed, a title search ordered and examination of public records conducted. We'll coordinate with realtors, lenders, surveyors, associations and government entities to assure all terms of the contract are satisfied then  issue your owner's title insurance policy.

Seller

Your sales contract will be reviewed, a title search ordered and examination of public records conducted. Alpha Title will assure all requirements needed to be satisfied, under the terms of the sales contract and records search are finalized in order to provide a smooth and on time closing.

Refinancing

We will work with borrower's lender to coordinate the release of any existing liens and recording of new mortgage. Typically, only a lender's title insurance policy will be required. A borrower's existing owner's title insurance policy will provide a re-issue credit against closing costs.
